ENOCH CITY MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2025
The Enoch City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00PM. 
The Planning Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30PM.
The Water Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 4:30pm as needed.
The Tree Committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.
The Recreation Advisory Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.
The Land Use Appeal Authority meets only “as needed” and will advertise their meetings in advance per State law. 
Some meeting dates may change due to circumstances and will be noticed per State Code requirements. All meetings will be held at the Enoch City Office, 900 E. Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT 84721. Meeting information can be viewed at cityofenoch.org.

​NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT – WATER USE AND PRESERVATION ELEMENT
Pursuant to Utah Code §10-9a-203, notice is hereby given that Enoch City intends to amend its Wastewater and Water Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP). This amendment process is conducted in accordance with Utah Code §10-9a-403, add a new Water Use and Preservation Element to the existing General Plan.

            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 21, 2024, the Mayor and City Council of Enoch City adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) declaring its intention to hold a public hearing on September 18, 2024, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.  The location of the public hearing is at the City Office, 900 East Midvalley Road, Enoch, Utah.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of a public safety facility, together with related improvements (the "Project") to be funded by the Bonds.  All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.

            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 17, 2024, the Mayor and City Council of Enoch City (the "Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) declaring its intention to issue its Sales Tax Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”), pursuant to the Utah Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended and to call a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds.
